EXCELLENT Based on 22 reviews Posted on Bohdan ZhdanovychTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I booked a walking tour in Prague with Alesja and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip from Germany. She knows the city very well and took me to several beautiful places including the Old Town, Charles Bridge and the famous Astronomical Clock. One of my favorite moments was visiting a peaceful garden close to the Castle that I would never have found on my own. Alesja speaks great English and tells interesting stories about the city in a very natural way. The tour felt easygoing and authentic. I’m really glad I chose her as my guide and would happily recommend her to anyone visiting Prague. 😊Posted on Anna MaslennikovaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked the Prague to Germany cross border private tour with Cool Guide Prague and it was one of the best travel experiences of our trip. Alesia, our English-speaking guide, made the whole day smooth and enjoyable. The drive was comfortable, and along the way she explained the history of the region. In Germany we visited Dresden, explored its beautiful baroque architecture, and had enough free time to walk around the old town. The mix of sightseeing, local stories, and a relaxed pace made the day unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see more than Prague and discover Germany in a comfortable, private way.Posted on Veronika KramperováTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a wonderful private tour to Kutná Hora with Cool Guide in Prague, and it was one of the most memorable parts of our Czech trip. Alesia, our guide, took us through the Sedlec Ossuary (Bone Church) and the breathtaking Cathedral of St. Barbara, sharing deep insights and local stories that made the experience truly special. The old cobblestone streets, the medieval vibe, and even the optional Czech lunch made everything feel authentic and relaxed. If you’re in Prague and want a smooth, private day tour full of history, Gothic architecture, and culture, this Kutná Hora tour is a must.Posted on abdur rahmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We went for the Bohemian Switzerland & Thermal Pool tour with Cool Guide last week with my family, and had an unforgettable day. The hike to Pravčická Gate was beautiful and peaceful, not too difficult, and the forest views were amazing. After that, we spent a few relaxing hours at the Teplice thermal spa, which was the perfect way to unwind. Our guide Alesia was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire experience feel personal and smooth. If you're in Prague and looking for a mix of nature, adventure, and wellness, this tour is a must!Posted on Veronika KinskáTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We spent a few hours walking around Prague with Alesja, and it was honestly really enjoyable. She’s easy to talk to, explains things in a relaxed and clear way, and gave us space to ask questions or just take it in quietly.🙏🏼 It didn’t feel rushed or rehearsed, which I appreciated. Her English is excellent, and she seemed to really care that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.✨ We saw some of the main spots, but also a few quieter places we wouldn't have found on our own. It felt more like exploring with someone who lives here than being on a tour.👍🏼Posted on mike burnettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing day trip from Prague to Český Krumlov and Hluboká Castle with Alesja as our guide. She picked us up right from our hotel and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. Alesja speaks excellent English and shared stories and history in a really engaging way, never too much, just enough to keep it interesting. Český Krumlov felt like walking through a fairy tale, and Hluboká Castle was absolutely stunning. We had time to take photos, enjoy a great lunch, and explore at our own pace. If you're in Prague and want to discover more of the Czech Republic, I highly recommend booking this tour with Alesja!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Real travelers. Real stories. Real opinions to help you make the right choice.
Are you an officially licensed tour guide?
Yes, absolutely. I hold an official Czech National Tourist Guide Identification Card with a Second Degree Professional Qualification (ID No. 203439). This means I am fully state-authorized and verified to provide high-level historical and logistical guiding across the region.
Will I be placed in a tour group with strangers?
Never. I only operate 100% private tours. When you book my services, the entire experience is dedicated exclusively to your group. You never have to share your day or compromise your pace with other tourists.
Where do we meet for the tours?
All of my tours start directly in Prague. For your absolute convenience, we can arrange a flexible meetup right at your hotel lobby or at a central location like the Old Town. We decide on the best spot during our initial planning.
Do you only guide inside Prague?
Not at all. While I am based in the Czech capital, I specialize in seamless cross-border day trips. I frequently guide private groups to the most beautiful destinations across the Czech Republic and over the border into Germany, such as Dresden and the Bastei Bridge.
Why do you charge a flat rate instead of a per-person fee?
I believe in honest and transparent pricing. Large agencies often use per-person fees that make traveling as a family very expensive. My flat rate secures my private guiding services for your entire group, ensuring you get a premium experience without any hidden costs.
Who will I be communicating with before the tour?
You will communicate directly with me. I do not use agency middlemen or automated booking desks. From your very first inquiry to the moment we meet in Prague, I personally handle all your questions and itinerary planning.
Can we change the schedule on the day of the tour?
Yes, absolutely. That is the biggest advantage of hiring an independent private guide. Since it is just your group, we can easily adjust the schedule on the fly. If you want to spend more time taking photos or sit down for a longer local lunch, we simply adapt our day.
